The Bristo, Kowloon Tong, Fa Po Street 1480 sq.ft
The owner of the Bristo runs a number of chain restaurants. He opened a new casual American steak house, which was completely different to his other restaurants. The design is inspired by the 1960’s classic American style bistros and diners. The design of the restaurant focused on using primary colors such as burgundy red, black and brown to enhance the American theme of restaurant. Real 1960’s American newspapers were used a wallpaper, which adds a unique, yet casual vibe, creating a relaxing atmosphere for customers to enjoy their meal at moderate prices.
