Renter’s Paradise: The owner of this flat wanted to lease the flat to singles who worked in the district. Hence, the architect converted this one bedroom flat to an open studio design. Using the idea of simple structures with a modern vibe, the flat was designed with the philosophy to maximize the livable space. And ultimately, the purpose of the interior design was to create a warm and cozy environment for tenants who are trying to adapt to the busy lifestyle of the city.
